Continuing Professional Development for Primary Teachers
- 'That’s Not My Subject' — Using drama across the curriculum:
This 4 hr session is about inspiring primary school teachers who would like to learn about drama exercises and techniques that can be easily transferred into all areas of curriculum. ‘Role play’ in languages, ‘teacher in role’ in environmental studies and ’tableaux’ in religious and moral education to name but a few.
The session incorporates games, exercises , delivery tips and a passion to energise, focus and bring your class together. With this knowledge, teachers will design a lesson in their chosen subject that uses the toolbox techniques and receive handy tips from highly skilled and experienced staff. Be inspired, refreshed, ask questions and create.
