Continuing Professional Development for Secondary Teachers

  • 'That’s Not My Subject' — Using drama across the curriculum:

This 4 hr session is about inspiring secondary school teachers who do not teach drama to learn about drama exercises and techniques that can be easily transferred into their own subject areas. ‘Hot seating’ in History, ‘improvisation’ in Geography and ’tableaux’ in History to name but a few.

The session incorporates games, exercises , delivery tips and a passion to energise, focus and bring your class  together. With this knowledge teachers will design a lesson in their chosen subject that uses the toolbox techniques and receive handy tips from highly skilled and experienced staff. Be inspired, refreshed, ask questions and create.
