Winter Term Weekly Drama Classes Description
Scottish Youth Theatre offers a range of classes for all abilities aged between 3-25 years, delivered in ten-week blocks.
Classes are held in:
- Aberdeen, His Majesty's Theatre
- Edinburgh, Festival Theatre
- Glasgow, The Old |Sheriff Court
Classes focus on the individual, using performance to increase confidence and self esteem whilst providing a safe environment for young people to learn and express themselves.
All tutors are enthusiastic and experiened theatre practitioners.
In classes participants will explore some of the following.
- Games
- Creative Play
- Storytelling
- Voice
- Movement
- Improvisation
- Character
- Role Play
- Devising
Winter term weekly drama classes in Edinburgh will run all Saturday from 18 September - 27 November. No classe on Saturday 16th October and Sunday 17th October.
