Junior Jumpers (Creative Movement) 5-7
Using creative play, story, imagery and music, this class builds spatial awareness and confidence within the young person. Encouraging expression, this class will allow the young people to creatively explore and expand their own physical capabilities.
All dance classes promote key skills in movement;
- co-ordination
- strength
- balance
- posture
- flexibility
- rhythm
All dance classes are suitable for both boys and girls who want to experience dance in a fun and informal environment. Participants are required to wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers (or jazz shoes). No previous dance experience is required.
The 10 week winter term of classes runs from 21 Apr - 24 Jun 2012
The full term costs £55 and can be paid for either in full or in two installments
Class is held at:
Scottish Youth Theatre, The Old Sheriff Court, 105 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF
Class begins at 11:00 and lasts for 1hr
