Saturday Just Dance (12+) Description
Just Dance (12+) @ 2pm
Develop rhythm, co-ordination, and body awareness, through the latest moves, as the class learn an evolving routine to perform. This is an upbeat class that teaches many different styles and techniques.
All dance classes promote key skills in movement;
- co-ordination
- strength
- balance
- posture
- flexibility
- rhythm
All dance classes are suitable for both boys and girls who want to experience dance in a fun and informal environment. Participants are required to wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers (or jazz shoes). No previous dance experience is required.
The 10 week winter term of classes runs from 21 Apr - 23 Jun 2012
Class is held at:
Scottish Youth Theatre, The Old Sheriff Court, 105 Brunswick Street, Glasgow, G1 1TF
Class begins at 14:00 and lasts for 1.5hrs
