The Puddock and The Princess
An accessible and engaging adventure for ages 3-7 and all the family.
Join Scotland’s national theatre ‘for & by’ young people for this special Scottish twist on the enchanting classic fairytale, ‘The Frog Prince’.
The Puddock guards the magic healing waters in the well at the world’s end. The Princess needs the healing waters to cure her Mother, the Queen of a terrible illness. With the help of the audience, the story unravels - will the Puddock help the Princess to save the Queen? What will he ask for in return? How can the audience lend a hand? This production promises to captivate, entertain and involve all.
SYT Productions is Scottish Youth Theatre’s high profile, high quality performance group. The company has performed on many international stages including New York, St Petersburg, Antwerp, Agrigento and Dublin. It has also completed several nationwide tours. SYT Productions has developed many bespoke projects for the Scottish Government and a variety of other organisations.
