At the official handover, Glasgow as the new host nation, will make its first official statement to the world and the Commonwealth on 14 October 2010. The 2014 games is the largest event Scotland has ever hosted and the handover ceremony marks the start of an exciting journey for Glasgow over the next four years in the lead up to the games.

If you are interested you must be 18 years old by October 2010. Enthusiasm, motivation & good amount of stamina are also essential criteria.
